Contact Us

We are a small team and we genuinely read every message. Whether you have spotted an error, have an idea for a topic, or need help with a purchase, please do reach out.

How to reach us

The best way to contact us is by email:

hello@howcanirelievestress.com

You can also use the contact form on this page. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days.

What you can contact us about

We welcome messages about:

  • Feedback on articles — if something was helpful, or if you think we got something wrong, tell us. We take corrections seriously.
  • Content suggestions — is there a topic you wish we covered? We are always looking for ideas grounded in real, everyday experience.
  • Printable products — questions about a purchase, a download that is not working, or a feature you would like to see in a future planner.
  • Product suggestions — know of a product you think we should look at? We are happy to hear about it, though we cannot guarantee coverage.
  • Partnership enquiries — if you represent a brand or service that could be a good fit for our audience, please introduce yourself. Include details about what you are proposing so we can give you a useful reply.
  • General comments — kind words are always welcome too.

What we cannot help with

We are not qualified to answer personal medical or mental-health questions, and we will not try. If you are struggling with your mental health, experiencing a crisis, or have a health concern you need advice on, please speak with a qualified professional — your GP, a therapist, a counsellor, or a crisis service in your area.

You deserve proper support, and that is not something we are equipped to provide.

Response times

We do our best to reply to every genuine message. Our usual response time is 2–3 business days, though it may be longer during busy periods. We do not reply to spam, unsolicited mass pitches, or messages asking for medical advice.
